Apeiron Games is a board game design and publishing studio based in Hungary. We operate the website at apeiron.games (the "Site").

When you submit a message through one of our contact forms, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are processed by Formspree (see §3).
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this to send campaign updates, game news, and exclusive offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR-compliant. It shows us aggregated information such as page views and referral sources — no individual user is tracked or identified.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard server data including IP addresses, browser type, and referring URLs for security and performance purposes. This data is processed by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy and is not retained by Apeiron Games.
Some pages embed YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube will not store cookies or track your viewing behaviour unless you interact with (play) the video. When you do interact, YouTube's own Privacy Policy applies.
Contact forms on this site are processed by Formspree, Inc. When you submit a form, your name, email, and message are sent to Formspree's servers and then forwarded to us. Formspree's Privacy Policy applies to this processing.
We load web fonts via Google Fonts. When your browser fetches these fonts, Google's servers may log your IP address. You can review Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Links to crowdfunding campaigns point to Gamefound and Kickstarter, which are third-party platforms with their own privacy policies. We do not control or access data you provide to those platforms.
Links to our Discord server are provided on this Site. Discord's own Privacy Policy governs data collected within Discord.
