Apeiron Games is a board game design and publishing studio based in Hungary. We operate the website at apeiron.games (the "Site").

When you submit a message through one of our contact forms, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are processed by Formspree (see §3).
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this to send campaign updates, game news, and exclusive offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR-compliant. It shows us aggregated information such as page views and referral sources — no individual user is tracked or identified.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see anonymised, aggregate patterns in how visitors use the Site — which pages are popular, where people click, and where they get stuck. Clarity only runs after you click Accept on our cookie notice (see §7); if you Decline, Clarity is never loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Because Microsoft is a US company, this data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, under Microsoft's own safeguards. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard server data including IP addresses, browser type, and referring URLs for security and performance purposes. This data is processed by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy and is not retained by Apeiron Games.
Some pages embed YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube will not store cookies or track your viewing behaviour unless you interact with (play) the video. When you do interact, YouTube's own Privacy Policy applies.
Contact forms on this site are processed by Formspree, Inc. When you submit a form, your name, email, and message are sent to Formspree's servers and then forwarded to us. Formspree's Privacy Policy applies to this processing.
We load web fonts via Google Fonts. When your browser fetches these fonts, Google's servers may log your IP address. You can review Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Links to crowdfunding campaigns point to Gamefound and Kickstarter, which are third-party platforms with their own privacy policies. We do not control or access data you provide to those platforms.
An invitation to our Discord server is provided to newsletter subscribers. Discord's own Privacy Policy governs data collected within Discord.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months after we have resolved the inquiry, then deleted. Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time (see §6).
